Bartman Jug

A decorative jug displaying highly skilled craftsmanship, each salt-glazed Bartman jug is a unique reproduction of period stoneware. Bartman jugs originated in Germany and are named for the bearded man adorned on the front. Each salt-glazed piece is hand thrown and fired in a wood kiln.

These sturdy vessels can be used for storage, as pitchers or decanters.

Each jug varies slightly in size due to being hand thrown and fired, but can hold around 36 fluid ounces.
